Gently matt the nail plate with a polishing block. On the plate degreased with CLEANER, apply one layer of the base and harden in a UV / LED lamp. Then, apply a thin layer of colored hybrid varnish on the hardened base and harden it in a UV / LED lamp. Repeat if necessary. Then apply the TOP MATT NO WIPE layer and cure in a UV / LED lamp.
