HOW TO USE IT:
Moisten a lint-free cotton swab CLEANER and wipe each nail. Apply the following layers of hybrid manicure: base, color and top. After applying the top, remove the sticky dispersion layer, wipe the top with a cotton pad soaked in CLEANER until the dispersion layer completely disappears.
