Application tips

Building up:
To achieve a beautiful effect, apply a thin layer of the base to the entire nail plate and do not cure it. Then take more product and build the nail with a thicker layer.

Nail plate build-up:
Wash and disinfect your hands and your client’s hands. Wear gloves. Assess the condition of the client’s hands and nails to ensure there are no contraindications for the treatment.
Push back the cuticles with a pusher or stick and refine them using bits like 9 or 1.
Shape the nails using a 180/240 or 100/180 grit file.
Use a 100/180 grit buffer to thoroughly mattify the nail plate.
Remove dust with a soft brush.
Thoroughly degrease the plate with a lint-free wipe and Cleaner No. 1.
Apply the appropriate primer (Acid Free Primer or Acid Primer).
Apply a thin layer of Mineral Base Effect UV LED and do not cure it. Apply a second, slightly thicker layer, concentrating the product in the centre of the nail to gently build it up. You can further smooth the base surface with a thin brush (e.g. Master Nail Art 007) or turn the hand upside down to use gravity to shape the upper arch of the nail. Cure again. Due to the thicker layer, you can extend curing time to 60 seconds in the MultiLed lamp.
Secure the styling with a top coat such as Tip Top or Wet Look and cure again for 30–60 seconds.
Wait at least 60 seconds for the top coat to cool down.
If you chose a top coat with a sticky layer*, remove it with a lint-free wipe soaked in Cleaner No. 3 Shea Super Shine Effect.
For extra shine, polish the nails with a dry wipe at the end.
*If you used a non-sticky top coat, you do not need to wipe it with Cleaner No. 3. After waiting at least 1 minute, apply your chosen Shea keratin elixir to the cuticles.

Pro Tip:
