Shimmers Dj Blue – denim shade with reflective sparkle
Shimmers are phenomenal gel polishes that shine with millions of particles under flash light, giving every manicure a unique character. Dj Blue is a denim-inspired shade enriched with silver-blue flecks. It looks stunning on its own and in combination with other Shimmers shades such as Disco Pola, Lans Bounce or Flashback.

Application tips

Disinfect hands (yours and the client’s) and put on gloves. Assess the condition of the hands and nails.
Push back cuticles and remove them with an e-file bit.
Gently matt the nail plate using a 100/180 buffer and remove dust.
Degrease the nail with Classic Cleaner.
Apply a suitable primer (usually Acid Free Primer, or Acid Primer for demanding nails).

Apply a thin layer of base and cure for 30 seconds in a MultiLED lamp.
If the nails are weak or flat, apply 1–2 building layers of base (Protein Base, Mineral Base or Whitemin Base) and cure for 60 seconds.

If needed, remove the sticky layer and smooth the surface with a 100/180 file or buffer. Remove dust and cleanse again.

Apply the first thin layer of colour and cure for 30 seconds.
Apply the second layer and cure again for 30 seconds.

Finish the styling with a top coat (e.g. Tip Top or Wet Look) and cure for 30–60 seconds.
Wait about 1 minute after removing the hand from the lamp.

If the top coat has no dispersion layer, apply oil or serum.
If it has a sticky layer, wipe it with Shea Super Shine Effect Cleaner.
For extra shine, polish the finished nails with a dry lint-free pad.
