Application tips: 

After creating a shape of nails you can apply any color and cure it. 

After completing two layers of color you can apply Confetti Effect in a sticky layer by pressing it.  

In the end cover it with any top coat.

To create a rough design: 

Complete full set of manicure and cover it with any top you want. 

After that draw some lines or details with top without sticky layer, you can also covet whole nail plate with it. Then drop some particles of Confetti Effect into uncurred top. 

In the end cure top coat with particles in UV/LED lamp.
